Night Animals explores the hidden, nocturnal worlds of woodland creatures.
 
By utilizing stills taken from infrared video, this photographic zine transforms the pitch-black woods into an illuminated stage of animal behavior. The resulting stills capture fleeting, intimate moments of wildlife navigating the darkness.
 
The glowing eyes, the high-contrast monochrome tones, and soft blur of motion create a surreal, dreamlike atmosphere.  The images rest somewhere between a clinical observation and an ethereal haunting.
 
Night Animals serves as a reminder that when we sleep, the forest wakes up, operating under its own secret laws, rhythms, and vulnerabilities.
